This growing area of Law is becoming more complex for all parties
involved in any employment relationship. The ever-increasing burden
of legislation on employers means that there was never a time when
establishing the rights of both employer and employee was more important
than it is today.
It is in the interests of all involved that there is a clear understanding
of the employment relationship.
We offer services to both employers and employees. For employers,
we are able to draft contracts of employment, discipline and grievance
procedures, which since October 2004 have been compulsory, and deal
with any matter that may arise involving disputes or tribunals.
For employees, we are able to provide advice and assistance on
contracts of employment including negotiations and drafting, assistance
with dispute resolution, advice and representation in taking actions
for unlawful or unfair dismissal. |
