We hold a Specialist Quality Mark in the 'Crime' category and have a contract with The Legal Services Commission to provide Criminal Defence Services to the public.

If you find yourself facing investigation or prosecution for any offence we will be available to assist 24 hours a day.

At the investigation stage, many clients find themselves being arrested or being interviewed by police officers, customs officers or representatives of various regulatory authorities. This process can be extremely stressful and can have long reaching consequences. We will always be on hand to ensure that our clients have a source of support and advice throughout this process. In most cases, this service will be provided free of charge.

Should it be the case that a prosecution is commenced, we will provide representation at all stages of the process, either in the Magistrates or Crown Court. Our team of lawyers are all mature, experienced practitioners with a range of skills and expertise that will ensure that our clients receive the best service available.

In many cases that come before the courts, Legal Aid is available and you should never assume that cost will prohibit you from receiving a top quality service.
